Single Mat: Rebar or Wire Mesh, Bottom Layer Double Mat: Rebar or Wire Mesh, Tilt-Wall, Side-Form Spacer, On-Grade: when used with Sand Plate

 

Cover Height:

From 3/4″ to 6″ (1/4″ increments)
